In spring, when the flowers appear, the ?Snow Showers? is a sight to behold: the pendulous branches are awash with the most beautiful display of pure white flowers. The weeping branches cascade downwards and are covered in the single, pure-white flowers. The flowers are popular with the first of the spring bees and the flowers have a light and fresh scent.
The spring leaves appear with the last of the flowers and the mid-green leaves are ovate and serrated. The leaves really come to life in autumn when they produce a final burst of colour: they turn to scorching shades of deep reds and oranges.
