We want you to be completely satisfied with your gardening purchases. If any item doesn’t meet your expectations, we offer a straightforward returns process within 15 days of receiving your order.
Return & Exchange Process
1 Review Eligibility
Ensure your item meets these requirements:
- Return requested within 15 days of delivery
- Item in original condition and packaging
- All tags and labels attached
- Proof of purchase provided
2 Submit Return Request
Contact our gardening experts using the template below. We’ll respond within 24 hours with return instructions and shipping label if applicable.
3 Package Your Items
Securely package your items in the original packaging. Include your order number and contact information inside the package.
4 Ship Your Return
Use the provided shipping label or send to our address. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
5 Receive Refund or Exchange
Once we receive and inspect your items, we’ll process your refund or ship your exchange within 3-5 business days.

Once your return is processed, refunds will be issued to your original payment method:
- Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 5-10 business days
- PayPal: 3-5 business days
Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Non-Returnable Items
To ensure the health and quality of living plants and perishable items, we cannot accept returns on:
- Flowering Shrubs & Decorative Shrubs: Due to their perishable nature and specific growing requirements
- Fruit Trees & Fruit Bushes: Living plants that may be affected by transit and environmental changes
- Other Fruits & Garden Wildlife products: Perishable and seasonal items requiring specific care
- Opened or used gardening tools and equipment
- Personalized or custom-made garden furniture
If you receive damaged or incorrect living plants, please contact us immediately with photos, and we’ll arrange a replacement.
Exchange Policy
We’re happy to exchange items for different sizes or colours, subject to availability. Exchanges follow the same process as returns, and we’ll cover the shipping costs for exchanges due to our error.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive damaged, defective, or incorrect items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Provide photos of the damaged items and packaging, and we’ll arrange for replacement or return at our expense.
