Blueberry BerryBux is a productive low bush Blueberry with a delightful compact growth habit, making it ideal as a patio plant. These hard-working little plants offer year-round interest.
Pollinating insects love the pretty flowers that erupt in spring and by summer sweet blueberries hang in clusters among the glossy, green foliage. Care Information
- Plant in a well-drained, acid soil. In areas where acid soil does not naturally occur, grow blueberry plants in patio containers using a mix of ericaceous compost.
- Prefers a sunny or semi shaded position.
- Will begin to produce fruit in their third year.
- Cover the plants with netting as fruits begin to develop to protect the berries from birds.
